T’ai Chi Chih® Joy thru Movement www.taichichih.org is a moving meditation consisting of 19 movements and one pose. The form is performed standing but can be adapted to a seated position. The movements are practiced in repetitions which makes them easy to follow and learn. Benefits of regular practice include stress reduction, blood pressure control, immune system support, and better balance both physically and mentally. This introductory 6 week session will focus on the first 10 movements.
